Web Designer (UI/UX)
Design websites and landing pages that look premium and convert, in Figma, working closely with our developers through to launch.

The role
You'll design marketing websites and landing pages for SaaS and startup clients, with conversion in mind from the first wireframe. You'll hand off to our developers and stay involved until it's live.
What you'll do
- Plan site structure and wireframes with marketers and writers
- Design responsive websites and landing pages in Figma
- Build reusable components and simple design systems
- Design for conversion: clear offers, forms and calls to action
- Review builds with developers and polish the details
What you'll need
- 2+ years designing websites or digital products
- Expert Figma skills, including components and auto layout
- A portfolio of live websites you've designed
- A solid grasp of responsive design and accessibility basics
Nice to have
- Webflow or Framer experience
- Motion and interaction design
- Basic HTML and CSS
